I teach classes to help you create better body control. My work is focused on strength and agility, mobility training. I teach how to close the gap of where you can passively go into a stretch and how to actively engage that tissue, creating strength at end range. We move through the body, creating strength and resiliency and learning where we compensate in our movement. Mobility training is strength training and will teach you how to move more like a human is meant to move.
